Driveway Concrete Levelling
There are a number of reasons for uneven and sunken concrete. Reasons like poor initial soil compaction, the erosion of soil underneath the surface of the slab, and freezing and thawing. This can cause the shifting and settling of the concrete.
Sidewalks and Walking Paths
Also known as mudjacking or slabjacking, concrete levelling using polyurethane foam is accomplished by drilling a series of small holes and pumping polyurethane foam under the slab. The polyurethane foam expands in to the void and filling it. As it expands it raises the slab to become even and level. The foam hardens and stabilizes the soil. The holes are then patched with cement.
Detached and Attached Garages
There a number of benefits of polyurethane over traditional processes like mudjacking these include:● It does not create grout or concrete splatter and does not require any washing.● The injection hole is 5/8 of an inch vs. 1 1/2" - 2" with traditional mudjacking.● Polyurethane weighs approximately 4 pounds per cubic foot, while mudjacking weighs about 100 pounds per cubic foot.
